We use Google Analytics, a third-party software as a service, to collect details about our website visitors behaviour patterns. This enables us to identify areas of our website that need improvements. All the information we collect via Google Analytics is anonymous and cannot identify you as an individual.
We use Tidio Chat, a third-party software as a service, to have live chat communication with prospects who are visiting our website. This enables us to answer our prospects questions with regards to our services. We collect personal data, including your name, company name, email address, phone number, and IP address. It enables us to personalise our communication and follow up on any questions should we not have an immediate answer.
We use Google Workspace, a third-party software as a service, to store our prospects and customers’ contact details to communicate via Gmail or Google Meets.
We use Ninja Forms, a third-party software as a service, to collect our prospects details, including name, company name, email address, phone number, and website address. This allows us to answer your questions or perform a review of your website. These forms are usually located at the bottom of every web page and on specific web pages depending upon the request.
We use MailChimp, a third-party software as a service, to collect our prospects and customers’ name and email address to share email-exclusive tips to enable you to build your presence online. Occasionally, we may share promotional material, including new services and special offers.
We use Quickbooks, a third-party software as a service, to store our customers’ contact details, accept payments for our services via PayPal, and record your purchase history.
We use Krystal Hosting, a third-party software as a service, to put our site on the web for you to access our website. They have access to the data you submit via Tidio Chat and Ninja Forms. We use Secure Socket Layer with our hosting, which adds another layer of protection when you submit your details via Tidio Chat and Ninja Forms.
We use Updraft, a third-party software as a service, to perform daily backups of our website if a technical issue occurs that needs rectifying. It includes the database, which consists of the data collect via Tidio Chat and Ninja Forms.
Wordfence and Limit Login Attempts
We use both Wordfence and Limit Login Attempts, third-party softwares as a service, to prevent our website from brute force attacks and unauthorised access. This is to protect the data you submit via Tidio Chat and Ninja Forms.
We use WhatsApp to communicate with our clients in addition to Gmail via Google Workspace. Your name and phone number are transferred from Google Workplace, Tidio Chat or Ninja Forms to communicate with you. This is then accessed via an iPhone and iMac with McAfee Protection.
Google My Business Messaging
We use Google My Business Messaging to communicate directly to prospects directly from our business listing. This data may be transferred to Google Workspace and Quickbooks.
Social Media, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
We use the above social media, and any information and data remain within the platform unless you become a customer and it’s appropriate to transfer to Google Workspace and Quickbooks.
Access to Your Data
Under the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access the data we hold about you and why we hold it. We have until the same date the following calendar month to provide this information or until the next working day, should it be the weekend or a bank holiday.
